Resonant Push–Pull Converter With Flyback Regulator for MHz High Step-Up Power Conversion

چکیده
With the trend toward achieving high efficiency, power density and operating frequency in converters, a galvanic isolated circuit architecture is proposed this article for step-up applications with wide input-voltage range. This converter consists of current-fed resonant push-pull (PP) as dc transformer (dcX) dealing most efficiency an active clamp flyback (ACF) regulator within large conversion As single-stage converter, ACF paralleled PP to share total regulates output voltage. An experimental prototype range 24-32 V 400 V/400 W built under 1 MHz switching frequency. A peak 97.1% 210 W/in 3 (or 13 W/cm ) are achieved. Experimental result validates correctness analysis proves feasibility dc-dc conversion.
